In our initial talks we usually find out quickly if our businesses are aligned in values and goals. Wer'e very transparent and will tell you if we don't think we're a good fit for you. We will even recommend another agency that might suit you better.

We have different packages at different prices, all have at least a minimum of 3 months of work. We've found that we need those 3 months to ensure the results and make sure our projects with you are kicked off the right way and providing you with the value you need.

We want to make it easy for brands to get started with us and using our services to help them grow. We evaluate on a case by case basis if we can finance our clients and agree on a payment plan.

We'd love to be able to guarantee our work, but unfortunately we don't have god like powers - yet... However we can do a number of things to secure successful outcomes. For example using paid media and influencers to get the reach and impact we need can help a lot of campaigns. It's not a silver bullet, but it often does work.

We're not happy if you're not happy with your results, we're goal and results driven, and often change campaigns mid-way (with your permission) to try and bring more success.
